Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
- The product must have a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken zipper, faulty stitching, damaged hardware).
- The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Refundable Conditions
- No refund or return for damage caused by misuse, wear & tear, or handling issues.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refund.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at Spirracare@gmail.com with your order ID, issue details, and clear photos of the defect.
- Our team will review and confirm if the product is eligible for return.
- Once approved, ship the product back to us. After inspection, the refund or replacement will be processed.
Refund Mode
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
