Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

  • The product must have a manufacturing defect (e.g., broken zipper, faulty stitching, damaged hardware).
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Non-Refundable Conditions

  • No refund or return for damage caused by misuse, wear & tear, or handling issues.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at Spirracare@gmail.com with your order ID, issue details, and clear photos of the defect.
  2. Our team will review and confirm if the product is eligible for return.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to us. After inspection, the refund or replacement will be processed.

Refund Mode

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
